Making Tranche 2 Compliance Manageable
Our Mission
Australian accounting firms, real estate agencies, and law firms face significant new compliance obligations under Tranche 2 of the AML/CTF Act, commencing 1 July 2026. Many firms are still figuring out what these obligations mean in practice.
Sentine exists to convert those obligations into structured, guided workflows that produce audit-ready evidence packs. We help firms demonstrate their compliance procedures and decisions — without needing a dedicated compliance department.
What Drives Us
Compliance Should Be Structured, Not Stressful
Tranche 2 introduces significant new obligations. We believe firms shouldn't have to invent their compliance processes from scratch. Sentine provides structured workflows that guide your team through every obligation step by step.
Every Decision Deserves Evidence
When AUSTRAC reviews your compliance, they want to see decisions, rationale, and evidence. Sentine captures this automatically — every verification, risk assessment, and approval creates an immutable record.
Security Is Not Optional
AML/CTF data is among the most sensitive your firm handles. Suspicious matter reports require absolute isolation to prevent tipping-off. We architect for security from the ground up, not as an afterthought.
Built for Australian Regulation
Sentine isn't a generic compliance tool adapted for Australia. It's built from the ground up around the AML/CTF Act, AUSTRAC guidance, and the specific obligations facing accounting firms, real estate agencies, and law firms.
