Generate and maintain
your AML/CTF program
duely helps firms create a structured AML/CTF program with guided inputs, versioning, approvals, AMLCO appointment, and exportable records that are easier to maintain than scattered templates.
Why this matters
Many firms will enter tranche 2 with policy documents in different folders, unclear approval history, and weak ownership of the current version. That creates governance risk before the first live matter even starts.
The duely program workflow covers governance, business profile, risk, verification approach, screening and reporting settings, people, and review scheduling in one structured flow.
What is included now
Guided AML/CTF program wizard
Step-by-step wizard covering governance, risk, verification approach, screening, reporting, and review scheduling.
Draft, approved, and superseded versions
Full version control with change log. Current authorised version is clearly identified.
AMLCO appointment record
Formal record of AMLCO appointment, responsibilities, and delegation authorities within the program.
Personnel due diligence (PDD) ledger
Per-staff PDD records with checklist completion and override rationale. Leave suspension and reactivation are handled in the same ledger so PDD posture stays accurate when staff move in and out of AML-relevant roles.
Training register & comprehension quizzes
System-provided training modules + your firm's own curriculum. Comprehension quizzes require 100% pass before completion is logged, with per-staff attestation. Training-compliance dashboard, firm-wide training matrix, and CSV / PDF exports for evidence.
Approver PDD currency gate
An Approver who hasn't completed their PDD cannot approve an AML program or matter — the platform blocks the action. Self-enforcing control: AML decisions only flow through staff whose PDD is current.
Compliance health score dashboard
A 0-100 score with letter grade, computed across multiple compliance dimensions — including training currency, CDD coverage, overdue obligations, and evidence completeness. Leadership-ready view of where your firm stands at any moment.
PDF export with integrity hashing
Export your program as a PDF with SHA-256 hashing for integrity verification.
Centralised program history
All program versions, approvals, and changes in one place. No more scattered templates.
Auto-draft on AMLCO change
When a firm appoints a new AMLCO, the platform auto-creates a fresh program draft so the new appointee appears on the personnel section. Continuity of evidence is preserved without manual rework.
Independent review reminder & date tracker
Calendar event and due-date tracker for the 3-yearly independent review obligation. Full review-evidence capture is on the roadmap.
Guided onboarding checklist
Step-by-step checklist that takes a new firm from sign-up through firm profile, designated services, AMLCO appointment, member invitations, program build, and training rollout. Completion is tracked so nothing is left half-done before the firm goes live.
In-app Help Centre and AML/CTF glossary
Built-in reference material your staff can access without leaving the platform. Articles cover the main workflows (program, scoping, CDD, evidence packs, reporting) and a glossary defines every AML/CTF term that appears in the product.
AML/CTF program requirements
- AML/CTF programs: Part A (governance) + Part B (procedures)
